But guess what? As a leader, your mission isn\u2019t about dazzling others with your skills or even your grand vision. It\u2019s about challenging people to dismantle their own puny self-perceptions that keep them shackled. Let&#8217;s be real\u2014no one ever rises to the occasion of low expectations. So how do we overcome mediocre effort and productivity? You must unapologetically show those you lead that you\u2019ve got unshakeable faith in them; if you do, watch them elevate themselves and their productivity to not just meet but surpass your expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>How can I practically begin demonstrating my belief in those crucial people around me? Consider a few places to begin that may help you brainstorm potential actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communicate your unwavering trust and belief in them, both verbally and through your actions, well before they achieve success.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highlight their strengths by praising their accomplishments, both privately and publicly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reflect on their past successes. Everyone deserves recognition for the positive impact they&#8217;ve had on others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instill confidence in them during failures. Remind them that success is a journey, a continuous process, not a destination. Never allow the fear of failure to hinder their efforts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Celebrate victories together. Acknowledge their contributions to the team and ask, \u201cHow can we build on this?\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage them to visualize their future success.
