The responsibility of spiritual leadership in the local Church proves crucial to prepare, motivate, and guide believers into Jesus’ mission by sustaining a clear definition of evangelism, retooling strategies to reach lost people.

The Great Commission compels every follower of Christ to communicate the Gospel to people in every walk of life. This central objective includes leading others to a spiritual transformation. However, in every generation, the timeless simplicity of that command inevitably runs into many complexities ranging from spiritual warfare, cultural shifts, and changing views on religion, spirituality, faith, and the stubbornness of unbelief. Without evangelism, the local church doesn’t have much of a future.
